The strip of pattern paper is from Recollections All Seasons. It was adhered to the white layer (5.25 x 4") before die cutting the word lucky through both. Then I cut the shamrock from both layers, replacing it with a green one. The one that was cut is on the inside of the card! I adhered the 3 extra pieces from lucky to their correct placement on the word, adhering this layer to the white base. Love the inlay technique... I am a puzzler after all ...
I thought of adding more shamrocks, but to be honest, I like the simplicity of it :) But I have learned that I am not a purist!

Beautiful - I think the one shamrock was just perfect there.
Awesome! I love it!
I love it! Great job with the technique! I have learned that I am not a purist either, but I do love the CAS style! :)
Fantastic job! I love the white lettering against the green strip!
I just love your card and perfect time before St Patty's day. I am such a big fan of CAS and yours is right on.
Good job! I like the way you used the inlay-technique.
